The 2020 Humanitarian Response Plan for Palestine was launched on 11 December 2019. The plan aims to meet the needs of 1.5 million people and comes to a total request of 348 million USD.

UNFPA Palestine is seeking funding to meet the needs of approximately 200,000 women, girls and young people across the Plaestinian territory. The projects will seek to meet the needs of survivors of gender-based violence, with a special focus on women with disabilities; to ensure pregnant women are able to deliver safely given essential drugs and services; and to support the mental health of young people facing trauma. The total package of UNFPA projects amounts to around USD 4.6 million.
