He underlined the importance to review and adopt the Strategy that was prepared by the Ministry in the past, to find a common understanding between the Council and its partners to be in line with youth priorities.
Rjoub stressed on the importance to implement/work in the West Bank and Jerusalem, as well as in Gaza and abroad, in three sectors (1) governmental sector, especially with Ministry of Education and Higher Education (2) civil society and (3)  international organization that have relations with the Higher Council.

Rjoub also stressed on the importance to differentiate between youth and sports sector, so as to reach the desired targets of each.  Three executive committees will be established in the near future, and another that will deal with public relations with international organizations.

Rjoub said that politics should be a separate issue, and that geographical division only contributes to disruption of work.
He will request the Higher Council to organize a workshop to present the Council’s mission goal, structure and legal structure. Participants would be the Council’s staff members, and from governmental organization, civil and international partners.

Those who were present in the meeting thanked Rjoub for his presentation, and showed their willingness to continue work with the Higher Council.  Please read article in Al-Quds Newspaper
