“The Situation of Women and Girls during and after the Crisis in Gaza”

14 October 2014 – RAMALLAH, PALESTINE -  UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, hosted, simultaneously in Ramallah and Gaza, a joint stakeholder’s consultation/validation workshop to discuss the results and recommendations of the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Assessment at the PCBS from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. In coordination with the Ministry of Women’s Affair and the Culture and Free Thought Association in Gaza, the workshop aimed to provide opportunity for stakeholder input’s on the GBV Assessment.

The validation workshop was attended by more than 50 people represented by number of representatives of line ministries, NGOs, UNs and INGOs organizations.
