The UNFPA Humanitarian Response and Early Recovery Plan 2026 outlines the organization’s dual-track approach to sustaining life-saving assistance while restoring essential service systems across the occupied Palestinian territory. Amid continued fragility in Gaza and the West Bank, the plan prioritizes sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence prevention and response, and youth-focused services to ensure women, girls, and young people can access critical care, protection, and support.
Aligned with the 2026 oPt Flash Appeal and the UN early recovery framework, the plan seeks US$110 million to reach 1.4 million people through integrated humanitarian and early recovery interventions that help communities move beyond emergency survival toward recovery, stability, and lasting peace.
